Game Day

It's game day here in Starkville, MS.  And, the MSU Bulldogs are getting ready to take on the Georgia Bulldogs.  We hope to wrap this one in Maroon and White!

I am just hanging out in our hotel room waiting on Emma to wake from her nap.  She has been asleep since 10:00, but I don't foresee her waking anytime soon.  She is tired!  She woke up around 5:00 this morning wanting "Whay-wha" (Laila).  She got a little stir crazy, I think, being cooped up in the tiny hotel room, and had an utter melt down.

I didn't think I would be able to get her to nap, and after 30 minutes of trying, I almost gave up.  Luckily, though, I gave it one last shot and she fell asleep.  I have no intentions of waking her, even though I am so ready to get out of this hotel room and get to the tailgate... and my cell phone, which is in the car charging... because the game doesn't start until 6:00 this evening.  No matter how late we get to the tailgate, it is going to be a long afternoon and evening for her.  She loves every second of it, but it wipes her out!

I hope to have some pictures from the afternoon to post this coming week!  Maybe I'll get a second to get my camera out and actually use it!
